1. Letter of Intent / Agreement

Confirms roles, responsibilities, and partnership expectations for the Summer Program.

2. Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement

(If applicable) Establishes the nonprofit hosting relationship while maintaining full ownership of the program’s curriculum and intellectual property.

3. Budget & Payment Schedule Addendum

Outlines the program fee, payment milestones, and what is included in the Life Skills Through Performing Arts Program.

Step 2: Sign & Submit

Once you’ve reviewed the documents, please use the JotForm link to seal your agreement with a signature.

Your signature confirms:

  • Approval to move forward with program planning
  • Authorization for Speak Resilience Coaching to begin preparation for Summer 2026

After signing, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of the completed documents for your records.

What Happens Next

Once your signed documents are received:

  • Your program date is officially secured
  • The initial deposit invoice will be issued
  • Curriculum preparation and scheduling will begin
  • Regular updates will be provided as we move toward launch
