CAI - Lil Vibe Fitness
CAI has partnered with Club Vibe - the dance fitness international company to provide "Lil Vibe" within the Roswell area. The class curriculum is based on the Presidential Youth Fitness Program, National Dance Standards (set forth by shape America) as well as the American Council on Exercise (ACE) Youth Fitness Program. This class will utilize drills, games, and dance activities in order to help students work towards class objectives. For children ages 5-11 - this program will keep your child engaged while developing a healthy lifestyle right from the start. In addition to accomodating 3 sets of national standards, special needs adaptation, and available for homeschooling, school system, gym, dance studios, and after school programs for the growth and development of every type of child.
